Course Description:

OSHA Recordkeeping Workshop

This workshop helps supervisors better understand the requirements of recordkeeping found in the federal regulations code (29 CFR 1904). Proper recordkeeping helps prevent repetitive hazard situations. This workshop will help the supervisor properly fill out a Form 300, a required form that records all recordable injuries, accidents and lost time incidents. This is typically the first request that an OSHA inspector asks for when he/she enters your business.  Improperly completed forms will result in major fines. This workshop will provide participants with the proper tools, skills, and knowledge for compliant recordkeeping for your business.
